Jessica Simpson is set to star in a new reality TV show. It will be called "The Price of Beauty" and will start airing sometime in 2010.

Simpson will be featured travelling around the world, looking at the different ways women go about trying to be more beautiful in different cultures.

Simpson will “study the local fashions, dietary fads and beauty regimes and even participate in some of the extreme practices she discovers.”

According to OK! Magazine, Jessica Simpson wants to lose twenty pounds in 2 months and is calling her plan 'the revenge diet'.

Jessica Simpson is adding a line of dresses to her growing fashion brand.

She's already been selling shoes, swimsuits, accessories and lingerie for a few years. The shoes alone are expected to reach $250 million in retail sales this year.

The first dress collection will be out in the spring of '09 and a fuller range of products is expected next fall. We've searched around but there doesn't appear to be any completed examples of her dresses out yet. The Catwalk Queen hopes her 'contemporary' dress collection doesn't go the way of porn-star chic as in the recent photo of Jessica Simpson above.

"I'm extremely excited to be expanding into the dress market," Simpson said. "I plan on creating beautiful dresses in distinctive fabrics and silhouettes that are reflective of my personal style and offer something special to the marketplace."

Jessica Simpson has said she used Restylane to plump up her lips last fall. But she said it looked fake on her and after it wore off in four months she decided she wouldn't be trying it again. Simpson discusses this in the upcoming October issue of Glamour.

Jessica Simpson is launching a hair extension line with a small company called B2B Web Ventures. Simpson's line is called hairdo.

B2B Web Ventures owns wigs.com, hairpieces.com and hairextensions.com. Apparently they sold over $6 million in wigs and hairpieces online in 2005.

I'd think Jessica Simpson's new hair extension promotion might easily triple this figure?

Here are two recent photos of Jessica Simpson; one with makeup and the other with hardly any if no makeup.

The photo of her without makeup was taken last week as she celebrated her 26th birthday in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with her parents, her stylist and assistant and a few friends. Her 26th birthday was on July 10th 2006.

The photo on the right was taken in Las Vegas about four months ago. Here she is in her typical makeup ensemble promoting her 'Jessica Simpson Footwear' collection at the World Shoe Association Show.

Jessica uses more dark shade makeup on her eyes than most blond celebrities. She is always wearing lots and lots of mascara at any press occasion. Most likely she uses L'Oreal Double-Extension in black and L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara in black.

Jessica has fabulous skin and has contracted with Proactiv Solutions in the past to market their acne treatment. But she has also said that what she really uses for her acne is accutane.
