Here's Britney Spears showing us her workout regimen on video. She's gotten fit very quickly and she did this by working out with her trainer for four or five days a week.

This short one minute video gives us an inside peek into her beautiful home gym and how she works out there in front of an enormous mirror.

Spears started a video section on her website just a couple of weeks ago. Her staff have put about ten videos there including a few 'blasts from the past', from way back about 8 years ago.

Britney Spears showed up at a tattoo parlor in Sherman Oaks, LA yesterday sporting a freshly shaved head. She is completely bald. Employees of the tattoo store said she seemed very disturbed, distraught and scattered. There is a rumor now that Madonna is flying in to Los Angeles to be with her and try to help her.

Britney told the staff there that she wanted to shave her head because she was tired of people touching her and things being 'plugged-in'.

It really sounds as though she is having a psychotic breakdown. Realistically, how many people could survive the kind of constant camera-on that she has to deal with every moment of her day. Hopefully Madonna and those close to her can help her now. Maybe Justin Timberlake (her ex-boyfriend who she's known since she was twelve years old) and his mother could take some extreme measures and help her now. The situation seems very frightening in terms of her mental health.

Us Magazine is polling readers to ask if they prefer Britney Spear's short hairdo or if they think her hair extensions look better. So far, the overwhelming vote is in favor of her shorter hair look.

One reader says; "She has a short, thick neck, so I guess I'd go long. Not those ugly 2 dollar extentions she's been sporting though. All the money in the world and she can't get a decent weave?"

Britney Spears made a short surprise appearance on the David Letterman Show in New York yesterday. She made no mention of the fact that on this same day court papers were filed in Los Angeles for a divorce from her husband of two years.

Before Spears turns 25 this December she will be a young divorced mother with two babies and possibly the largest self-made fortune ever of any female in their mid 20's.
