Many women are not happy with their eyebrow shape. Here's a note one reader sent us;

Hi, I had my eyebrows professionally waxed and was not pleased with the results so I lost trust in others shaping my eyebrows. Also when I try to shape my own eyebrows it doesn't turn out too great. So basically, I've been running in circles plucking and growing my eyebrows out for a long time. I just want to get them right for once. I don't know what to do. Do you have any suggestions?

She's been looking at fashion sites such as Vogue.com to see what the upcoming trends are for fall. She shows us a muted earth tone gray colored eye and deep grape colored lips. Here's a video tutorial showing how to apply individual false eyelashes. Although it takes a bit more effort to apply them one by one, these false eyelashes look much more natural than the fake eyelashes you can buy in full strips.

Eyebrow Implants Cost Major Moolah

Dr. Armani says eyebrow implants are increasingly popular. When he started doing hair transplants 9 years ago he was only doing about one brow transplant a month but now he's averaging about four or five. He thinks its because thicker eyebrows are more popular in Hollywood right now.

To put hair on your eyebrows, Dr. Armani uses hair from behind your ears (about 50 to 400 follicles). It's illegal to use artificial fibers to implant so if you don't have hair on your back, it's going to come from your scalp. It takes up to three hours for the procedure and costs between $5,000 to $10,000.

You'll need to trim your eyebrows occasionally as they will now be growing at the speed of your scalp hair but otherwise the work is good for ten years on average.

We're very excited to be launching the first of our makeover videos in partnership with Before and After TV. Katie Stiles is the host (as well as Director and Executive Producer) of the show.

B&A TV will explore all facets of beauty makeovers including not just hairstyles, makeup, cosmetic beauty and fashion but also any subject related to beautifying our surrounding environment.

'Before and after' transformation is the key focus of each show. We are launching with just one video, but our hope is that Before and After TV will soon be airing on a regular weekly schedule.
