British men are becoming more comfortable with plastic surgery and 'moob' reductions were the fifth most popular cosmetic surgery procedure for men there last year. Over 1,000 men got a male chest reduction there, which is a 1,000 percent increase over five years and a 44% increase from the previous year.

The four more popular cosmetic procedures for men in Britian in order of popularity are nose jobs, eye surgery, ear corrections and liposuction.

But some men still aim to lose their moobs the natural way. Here's one guys lose the moobs story.

Here's a video clip from the Tyra Banks show last year where she discusses her swimsuit shoot and how a couple of unflattering photos were picked up by the tabloids and they claimed she had gained 40 pounds although she had only gone from 150 to 160 pounds.

Would Dr. Oz really be advocating losing seven pounds in one week? And would he be promoting one 'secret diet tip' as the key to weight loss?

This ad is probably a scam and Dr. Oz and Jessica Alba probably don't even know it exists, but that's just speculation on our part.

The Daily Mail has a long post today discussing Madonna's mighty arm muscles and the specifics of her daily workout.

Madonna works out for two hours each day, six days each week. One quarter of that time is devoted to her arms. Much of that 30 minutes does not involve any weights.

You keep your arms out from your sides, and do various movements without ever allowing them to drop. It's strenuous, and very painful - even after five minutes. And it does build muscle.

Losing 10 pounds might take as much as 10 years from your appearance. Dr. Donna Casey says that "weight comes off from the top down. Since weight sheds in the face first, this means that losing even five pounds will make you look younger."

But it's important not to lose more than one to two pounds a week as people who go on crash diets and lose large amounts of weight quickly will actually look older, with loose hanging skin.
