Orthorexia and the Health Food Junkies

There are some people who are so picky about their foods, so religious about what they will eat and not eat, that their fixation is being called a disease. Orthorexia is the name used by some eating-disorder specialists to describe an unhealthy fixation with healthy eating.

Now most of us could use much less sugar, junk, salt and processed foods in our diet but if you watch the video about health food junkies below you'll probably agree these people have serious food issues on the other end of the junkie extreme;
