I have not tried the Tummy Trimmer, but I have tried the Spanx. I fount it to me a bit hot and uncomfortable. I have had great success with the Unbelievabra by Shapeez. After 2 kids, it not only hides my muffin-top, but it gives my breasts great shaping and support without causing back fat bulges. Love it!!!
