Apparently Miley Cyrus, at age 16, is in love, and she wants to get a tattoo of her boyfriend’s initials with a heart around it.

Her parents haven't yet given their consent, but they need to for anyone under the age of 18 who wants a tattoo.

We really hope she goes for the non-permanent type of tattoo. First loves rarely last, and it is a real pain to get silly-looking tattoos removed when the love affair is over.
