This is great and I will work on these today after my session on my bouncer and lateral thigh trainer. After a certain age a woman's upper arms can be rather flabby to say the least and they are alot more visible than thighs. Joan Collins said that older women should NEVER hold their hands up and wave goodbye it makes the upper arm look terrible. Good advice but still I am going to try these exercises. Thanks. Gina
