I would donate money to her because I am in the same boat. However if she truly cares about the way she looks she should work on slimming down first. That can soften an appearance a lot. I have pretty much given up on ever having 5-8 thousand dollars to just spend on nose surgery (and I really, really need it) so instead I have decided to look my best and stay thin and of course smile often!
