The sassy Bratz dolls have been taking market share away from Mattel's Barbie dolls for a few years now.

And now Mattel, the biggest toy company in the world, is taking the owners of Bratz to court. They claim that the guy who designed the first Bratz doll was still an employee at Mattel when he came up with the Bratz concept and drawings.
