Sally Hershberger is a hair stylist who charges $800 per cut. Her celebrity clients include Donna Karan, Michelle Pfeiffer, Tom Cruise, Meg Ryan, Kate Capshaw, Steven Spielberg, Hillary Clinton, Courtney Love, Faith Hill, Renée Zellweger, Julia Roberts, Cindy Crawford, Calista Flockhart, Jane Fonda, and Kate Moss.

One doesn't need to be a celebrity to make a haircut appointment with her. Her flagship salon is in Downtown New York, but she also has a new one in Uptown New York and is opening a third in Los Angeles this spring.
