Here's a book that's going to hit the stores on Mother's Day. It's My Beautiful Mommy, written by a plastic surgeon from Florida, Dr. Michael Salzhauer.

The book is about a mother who is going in for a tummy tuck and a nose job. And she explains this to her little daughter. The book doesn't mention breast implants but the before and after pictures seem to imply they were also included in the surgery.

Now we can teach our preschool children that we need plastic surgery to feel better and be beautiful.
