Yeah, Naomi's certainly not there to save money. I don't know how many cosmetic surgery experts there are in Brazil, but women there do undergo a ton of cosmetic surgery. It's part of the culture. I work with a plastic surgery practice north of San Francisco. In Sonoma and Marin County breast enhancement is a popular choice, but probably nowhere near as popular as it is in Brazil. And body contouring procedures like lipo are extremely popular there as well. At her age, she may have chosen a facial procedure, b/c I bet she still has a fantastic body.
