It seems there are a lot of people who regret having had plastic surgery and try to get their original features back. The Chicago Tribune had a detailed article about this recently. They give many examples of real people who suffered tremendously after their initial surgeries and then tried to undo them with further reconstructive surgeries. One woman says she felt awful about her new nose. It was so narrow that it whistled when she breathed. And she thought she no longer bore any resemblance to herself.
