I actually own one of these and I have to say that although it doesn't really do miracles, it does help. I've not really lost weight from it, but when it's on, I do look slimmer..

I just however got a free sample from meshapewear.com, and they claim that up to a dress size will be lost in the waist.. Does Marena Everyday work?
