Yes, she definitely did have surgery, as did her Mom. The timing is such that I think they both had it around the same time. She looks MUCH better. I can understand her desire to do this as there is so much pressure for perfection AND she is in the public eye. She had large features and awkward looking before. Now she just looks more average.
