Rhinoplasty for Blake Lively?

Radar Online is speculating that Blake Lively got a nose job before she got the role of Serena van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl.

Update: Today, January 17th, Blake Lively says in a People Magazine interview that she has never had work done on her nose, that this is just gossip.
