Beyonce has said that she has to work out for ONE AND A HALF HOURS every day... I suspect she works on her stomach/waist and toning on her thighs and arms especially to maintain the 'curvy' look. She must of course 'breathe in' but at the same time she works hard for her body, and IS very toned, you can see it in her stomach most deifinitely. I'm proportioned liked beyonce though I'm probably about a size bigger, but my stomach is naturally flat... If I do 50 situps everyday for a week, my stomach tones up... I'm sure this is the same as Beyonce.
