I've never heard of someone being skinny and naturally having a six pack. I myself is skinny and while I do have a flat stomach, I don't have a six pack or a four pack or whatever pack there is. The picture above is open to interpretation whether she had lipo or not but from the looks of things, I'd reckon that she did have it...
