In Touch is reporting that Heidi Montag has been offered $1,000,000 to pose in Playboy. That would be quite a quick investment return on a few thousand dollars of cosmetic surgery. It's been less than two months since Montag reportedly got a breast augmentation and a renewed nose via rhinoplasty. It's also been less than two months since her and her fiancee (who is also her business manager and the one reporting about the Playboy deal) got engaged.
