I had smart lipo in three parts of my body 5 days ago and so far I have had zero bruising as well as close to zero pain. However, wearing the compression belt has turned out to be more uncomfortable that I was told it be and I hope I only have to wear it for 10 more days like they said. As for results, my chin looks better and my stomach is flatter. I can't wait to see how it will all look in month or so and I agree with you that up to now, I can say it was worth it!
