I had upper and lower abs as well as hips and waist done 8 days ago. The 4 or 5 days after were not all that bad, I took Tylenol 800 but for the past few days, these lumps and hard areas are growing increasingly painful. I was in a very bad car accident in February and suffered a large hematoma on my right hip...a huge bruise and a gigantic lump from the impact. The lump took almost 2 months to dissolve and these lumps feel very very similar. If I think about it...the area under my skin has undergone tremendous trauma and as a result it has caused this temprorary hardening. If I hadn't just experienced the lump from my accident, I think i would be freaking out about my entire stomach and waist being hard and painful like this. It will just take some time to heal....but otherwise I am happy with the results.
