I had smart lipo on my knees last week and I just wanted to let people know that I've had a really positive experience. I had my first treatment in November last year and it took about 6 months for me to see the final result, which was fantastic! Significant improvement in the shape of my knees. I was advised at the time that I would probably need a further session to get the results I desired so decided to do it again last week. Yes, it's painful, I certainly wouldn't want to do it during my lunch break but a week on and I'm recovering well and already with the swelling and bruising the appearance is much improved. I would definitely recommend this treatment although I can't agree that it's virtually painless!!
