Do Anaesthetics Increase the Risk of Alzheimer's?

Do people who go under the knife for cosmetic surgery and receive anaesthetics raise their risk of getting Alzheimer's?

Some scientists think that common anaesthetics used routinely in surgery may be a cause of Alzheimer’s disease and that the drugs may accelerate the start of the disease. Isoflurane and halothane are the two anaesthetics that are under special scrutiny now.
