Lily Allen, age 22, thinks she is fat and in dire need of surgical help to lose weight. She said on her MySpace blog yesterday that she's considering gastric bypass surgery or laser lipo suction.

Lilly Allen is a famous singer based in London. It seems she is having some serious body image problems. No one would consider her overweight. Maybe the pressure is coming from the fact that she recently signed on with a fashion clothing chain ( New Look) to feature a clothing range designed by her. The launch takes place this month.
