Pamela Anderson was enjoying herself in Hawaii this week but someone captured a very unflattering photo of her where she is not wearing any makeup. If you look at the larger picture, it almost looks as though she has had eyebrows tattooed on. It's quite possible she overplucked them at one point and decided on a semi-permanent eyebrow tattoo.

But the second photo looks almost worse. Way too much makeup here.
