Yes, unfortunately, there are always plastic surgeons who are willing to prey on a woman's insecurities. Large breasted women are often picked on by their jealous, smaller breasted counterparts, and while if a girl decides to get a nose job or lipo her girlfriends will all rally around and tell her that she's beautiful and doesn't need it and is just being vain, it is a rare woman that won't encourage another woman to mutilate her breasts in the name fashion.
