The big blue buses in Santa Monica were plastered with the above photo for a couple of weeks but the 'America's Next Top Model' ad has now been removed. The city received a lot of complaints that these ads were disrespectful to women. Santa Monica City does not want to be seen as endorsing a TV program which contributes to lowered self-esteem of young women.
