Ryan Murphy, who created the popular show "Nip/Tuck" has just received a rich contract to continue on for the fifth season. And Nip/Tuck production is being moved from Miami to Los Angeles.

The rumor is that Nicole Kidman will make a cameo appearance in one of the episodes. She'll be appearing as a client with a big nose who is requesting a rhinoplasty.

Nip/Tuck has been the number one show for three yeas in basic cable among young adults.
