Choosing her as their model has created a huge publicity stir for John Lewis as she is several sizes larger than the typical catwalk model. The John Lewis department stores are located in London. Lauren Moller is an American size 8, and although her BMI is only 19.8 and her weight is only 130 pounds, given her height of 5'8", this apparently qualifies her as a double digit dress size in Britain; a British size 12.
