Ok, I think it looks like she had a nose job, which i think is fairly common. But other than that it's mostly makup i think... Look just at her eyebrows, they are penciled in and it makes her look a lot different...as well as the eyeliner. I know it makes a HUGE difference in me and i haven't had any surgery.
