Aishwarya Rai has created a lot of interest in Banarasi sarees recently. The former Miss World bought some for her upcoming wedding day.

Since Aishwarya included Banarasi sarees in her wardrobe collection, there has been a huge boom in India's saree industry according to saree traders.
