Us Magazine has got the first before and after pics of Jennifer Aniston's nose. Aniston underwent nose surgery on January 20th. Here she is two weeks later. They are asking people to vote on which nose they prefer. Over 3,000 people have voted already, and the after nose is winning with 72 percent of the vote.

Not everyone seems certain her nose has changed but one reader says "Come on people! She totally had her nose thinned out and the tip raised. Her old nose was big and fleshy and pointed down. This new one is thinner at the bridge and down the side and the tip point up a bit."
