As an alternative to a face lift or neck lift, a private surgery clinic in Hollywood is introducing the chin liposuction.

The chin lipo is a less invasive way to get rid of a double chin. Downtime is much less than with a face-lift but you will still need to wear an elastic wrap under your chin for a few days afterwards and you will see bruising for a week and swelling for up to two months.

The chin lipo is considerably cheaper than a face or neck lift but the results are best for people who are not excessively overweight.
