Lol!!! Hey. Ur in africa where the harty foods are. Nice. Stay away from starchy foods. Starch is kinda like yeast it will bloat ya. Lol yall probably need to really poop. Lol gross I know but the could be a next reason. I have purchased a corset the other day that had helped me loose 1 inch of my tummy. But it went to my butt. Lol. 37-30-44 my boobs got bigger thanks to the natural estrogens in the foods listed above. The other day this girl told me oh I'm a 26 in waist n a 40 butt. I'm thinkin first hight the body type she kinda made me feel bad by sayin those estrogen food eventually make testosterone n u get big in the belly. In every male n female we have female/male similarities n as age we get in the belly. But she eats greens??? Sorry but in most plants they have estrogen for PLANTS ARE ASEXUAL (BOTH MALE N FEMALE TENDENCIES) she didn't know that.

Back in the 1800s corstes were in to MOLD the body some of my african girls told me the wore it until they were numb to it. Lol they have waist soooo small u can tie half a ribbon on their waist. WOW!!! It also slows the process of fat on the tummy like hello I lost one inch. Wear them , work out some jump rope, sweat like crazy then eat somethin harty!
Did u know good fats help reduce tummy fat like olive oil, also cellulose based fruits.
Apples, blueberries, lemon, lime, kiwi, (vitamine
C) will reduce belly fat.
I also drink supliment drinks liKe nutriment, n or protien drinks like myoplex. The say tearin muscles makes em bigger so I walk up stair not removin my heal . Kinda like walkin up hill squats. U should feel burnin in legs n butt if done right. Doin that for a while increases mass. Booty shakin.. Make more space for booty growth. N I still do 400 squats a day. Lol. Crazy I know but it does its job. Yall do weights!! Strenght trainin is the best increase muscle mass. NO CALORIES! IT GOES TO THE BELLY
