Hello, I recently purchased the e-book from www.thehourglassfigure.com. It is a 'light' version of the actual book but does contain some valuable information in regards to building a bigger butt as well as targeting a few other troubled areas for women. I have been following the exercises provided in the e-book and am already seeing positive results after four workouts. I was blessed with a curvy backside at birth, but due to aging and not having been in the gym for over a year gravity has started to take over. My poor bum has been very sore for the past week, but it has been well worth it. It has started to perk back up. I can definitely see that I'm building muscle and that it's lifting the butt again. I haven't viewed the entire program from the site (it is a little pricey for me), but the e-book does contain enough information on the butt and provides a good starting point. It is considerably cheaper ($15.99 I believe) than the full version, but I have enjoyed it so far. It also gives you ideas on what to eat and so on. As for people wondering about estrogen, this program doesn't recomend taking estrogen (claiming it does nothing for the backside and can actually damage your health), so you should try to do more research and contact people who have used it before you empty your wallets on anything being sold on the 'net.
