hi i have bought the book like all of you i was despirate.
but its all rubish with out diet and exercise.
all book is about som normall food and the only part for but was the exersice.

and other thing you can put vitamine oil with fishoil mix messege on your but
that is all book
rubish we all know everything in the book.
its all exercise that i said belive me ofcourse if you do the exercise you loose wight and get firmmer.
