i started out at about 20 reps per set, and worked my way up to about 45. i didnt do all the exercises the same day i did half one day and haf the next, so my body wouldnt get use to the same exercies. then rest for one or two days so my body can recover. but before i started i did the master cleanse thing ( http://tiffany910.xhmtl.hop.clickbank.net/ )that same thing beyonce did so my body could have a fresh start, and expel toxins, and absord all the vitamins, and protein i was taking, thus having much better results, the girl ms_sweetie26@hotmail.com gave me those tips, and they worked very well. try the way i did and see what happens.
