Britney Spears - Is it a Bra or Implant?

A lot of people are wondering today about this photo taken by Splash News. Is this one of the new strapless bras or is it evidence of breast implants?

Our guess is that it's the NuBra ' press on bra' that has no bra straps or side extensions.
