Joan Collins, 72, denies having had any facial cosmetic surgery. She says she manages to look so good because of her use of makeup, with a an emphasis on the right lipstick.

But maybe Collins is just of the generation and attitude that one really shouldn't have to tell the public if they've gone to a surgeon to look younger. A leading British plastic surgeon, Alex Karidis, has told the Daily Mail that he is quite positive she's had lots of work done. He says;

"I appeared with her on 'This Morning', and clearly saw the scars behind her ears indicating a facelift. I saw that she had also had her eyes lifted. I would say she has had this done in the last five years.

I would suspect that she has had fillers, when a plumping substance is injected into your skin, as her nose to mouth lines are virtually gone. I suspect as well that she has had a brow lift, but not necessarily Botox."
