Brazil's President, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, 60, has been looking younger lately. The crow's feet around his eyes are gone and his face is radiant.

One of Brazil's leading plastic surgeons, Munir Curi, says; "It's clear that Lula has had Botox treatment and a chemical peel."

Lula is in the middle of a re-election campaign. He feels pressure to look good on television. And apparently a better appearance brings in many more votes.
