I work out 2-3 hours a day, eat healthy, and I am pretty muscular. While I am 5'1'' and weigh about 150, I am nowhere near fat although I do have a small tummy most of me is muscle and i am broader. I try not to go based on a number personally, however, i would like to lose 10 lbs and no matter how hard i try i just cant. Do you have any advice (i know what BMI says but I seriously think BMI is innaccurate when it comes to my body. Is there a better way to calculate...
