Just a little bit of encouragement: You can lose the weight that you want. I didn't think that I could. But one day I finally got tired of not being able to play so well with my two kids. I weighed 269lbs. I'm only 5'2". People couldn't even tell I was PG when I went to have my son. I cried, when they said oh..your pregnant? But once I finally wanted to lose the weight I did it. I got all the way down to 115 lbs (too thin). I looked so sickly. But now I'm a healthy 126lbs. I've been that way for two years. I have kept the weight off for almost 4 years.

So there is hope, but you have to believe and really truly want to. I still slip up, and will gain six or seven pounds Christmas time :(, but then I quite with the sugars again and lose it and feel better. A little sugar is fine. But when I'm in over load mode I feel so tired and just nasty on the inside.

Good luck...
