I just can't believe that people can war these things! They just look so binding and uncomfortable. I wear either spanx or Bubbles Bodywear myself...softer and less constricting then lipoinabox or wasit cinchers.

frankly - I think these girdles are more uncomfortable then the exercise they are replacing!
