Tom Cruise is 44 years old. Here's a recent photo of him on the left. Do you think he dyes his hair? This would be my guess. It seems very monotone. I personally love gray hair on men and think it is sexy. But many of my friends encourage (or cajole) their husbands to dye their hair. This happened to Paul McCarthy and now, after his separation you can expect him to go back to his natural color. Mind you, he's old enough to be Tom Cruise's father.

And I'm not one to talk. I dye my hair. But I'm twirling with the idea of growing it out natural. My husband is gorgeous gray.

About seven years ago Richard Gere was voted 'the sexiest man alive' by People Magazine. At that time he already had a head full of beautiful grey hair. He was 50 years old that year. I wish Tom Cruise might consider this. I think he'd look more attractive in grey.
