The most popular names for girls have not changed much over the past few years. Here are the ten names most often selected for baby girls in 2005:

Emily, Emma, Madison, Abigail, Olivia, Isabella, Hannah, Samantha, Ava, Ashley

In 2004, the list was quite similar;

Emily, Emma, Madison, Olivia, Hannah, Abigail, Isabella, Ashley, Samantha, Elizabeth
