The Daily Mail is saying that the Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson,46, is looking 20 years younger these days and that she has been visiting Dr. Lookgood in New York where she is spending a lot of time these days.

'Dr. Lookgood' is Dr. Steven Victor and he offers a range of non-surgical treatments including Botox, collagen and skin-smoothing lasers. But the Daily Mail is also speculating that Fergie has had a mini face-lift.
