Madam, possibly you are not aware that some people will never think themselves beautiful no matter what procedure they have done. A bit of kindness to Jenny would have served her much better than cruel comments you made. Certainly you are not as pretty as she is even with her different look and never will be.

Judge yourself, maybe you need a change in thinking and a new approach to kindness.
