People Magazine recently chose Angelina Jolie as the most beautiful woman in the world. Is her beauty natural? Has Jolie ever had plastic surgery?

It's not a well-known fact but Angelina Jolie had nose surgery (rhinoplasty) a few years ago. She was always beautiful but nowhere near as gorgeous without the new nose.
