Cosmetic Surgery Costs are Dropping

Cosmetic surgery costs for lots of procedures are dropping because so many more surgeons are now competing compared to a few years ago.

The average cost for breast implants is now $5,000. The average cost of liposuction is $3,000, nose surgery $4,000 and face-lifts about $6,0000.
